DISCOVERY

Through contextual inquiry and interviews, we discovered that current users found the application difficult to navigate, leading to significant time consumption for completing tasks. Additionally, they were missing key elements that could enhance their workflow.

 

In discussions with new users, we found that navigating the workflow was notably challenging, often to the point of being nearly impossible. When asked to perform typical tasks, these users had a low success rate and struggled to locate certain elements, often taking several minutes. These challenges have led to a noticeable decrease in their productivity.

  • The UI is cumbersome with non-intuitive navigation.
